hi! my name is sophie birchem. I am owner + operator of birchem therapeutic. I am a recent graduate of the institute of integrative nutrition. at my time there, I completed the health coach training program, the hormonal health program, the gut health program, and the alumni health coach training program. before putting out a service, it was important I have all of the education needed in order to provide the best quality service.

with that being said, I have put together an online health coaching mini program. this program will provide you with a different perspective of health and wellness. it will challenge you to think outside the box as it comes to your personal health. I will bring forth the tools you need in order to meet your health and wellness goals. I have provided three (3) options of this program. you will see each option provides different service options along with different pricing in order to accomodate finances. see options below!

option 1 - $300

full access to our mini course online program. this program will consist of six (6) modules that provide audio + documentation.

option 2 - $400

full access to our mini course online program. this program will consist of six (6) modules that provide audio + documentation. you will receive a self care planner/journal (your choice of color). you will have one (1) 30 minute one on one session with myself where we discuss your personal (bio-individual needs) as it comes to the information you receive in the modules/program.

option 3 - $500

full access to our mini course online program. this program will consist of six (6) modules that provide audio + documentation. you will receive a self care planner/journal (your choice of color). you will have two (2) 30 minute one on one sessions with myself where we discuss your personal (bio-individual needs) as it comes to the information you receive in the modules/program.
